Q235 Carbon Steel

Carbon steel is easy to corrode and rust because it does not specially add alloy elements.

304 Stainless Steel

304 stainless steel is slightly inferior to 316 stainless steel except for its price advantage.

316L Stainless Steel

316 is an enhanced version of 304, containing molybdenum, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

4: Sealability

   Whether Sealing is Needed

  Conveyor with good sealing is needed, and groove body needs tubular screw feeder. The maintenance of tubular screw conveyor is less convenient than U-type screw conveyor.

5: Conveying Length And Conveying Capacity

   The price will increase as the length increases.

  How long the conveying distance is needed, how much material is needed to be transported in a certain period of time, and whether the conveying environment can use double screw conveyor.

   Motor Mode Affects Price

  How many power motors are used to transport materials? Is the company specially equipped with the corresponding motors?
